Banks of the Ohio - Tongue Splits Upper Octave

Here is my version of Banks of the Ohio using tongue splits in the upper octave. It came about after a lesson with Ronnie. He gave me some practice points to hit. One was using splits on to play Banks of the Ohio. All the notes I had were in the lower octave. I was like how do you tongue split a 3 blow with nothing to the left. So I shifted everything up an octave. Ronnie helped me polish the creation during the next lesson, one of my many train derailments.

I recorded the audio in the garage separate from the video and photos. The drone does not have a microphone. The weather made this video shoot challenging. Using a drone to shoot a mini music video in 24 mph winds and 40 mph gusts was different. It definitely challenged my cinematography skills and shot timing/patience with wind changes. To the neighbors watching that had no clue, yep, just keep thinking I'm crazy  (rocking chairs, harmonicas, shovels, axes and drones). To the neighbors walking on the upper level that heard the drone come up over rock ledge, sorry it was loud fighting the wind, you laughed so hard when you dodged the nonexistent bat/bird. It made me laugh too.

To my 5 year old computer, thank you for not catching fire or dying during the editing process; you were ounce top of the line but you are now just barely holding the line. If you made it this far, thanks for reading, thanks for watching and enjoy the part you like.
